As we work towards building ourselves a home, one of the first things that we decided to do was remove any trees that would be a threat to our future structures. The plan is that we will get the trees down, cleaned up, and then have them milled into usable lumber!
Some good friends, and an experienced arborist (in the form of a friends father), made clean work of dropping big trees.
In all, we took out 3 very large Tulip Poplars, a White Oak, a Red Oak, and a small Black Walnut. The clean-up dragged on for David and I, but what a job done!
